Second Harvest Holiday Card Fundraiser
In order to process your holiday card purchase, we will need two pieces of information from you upon placing your online order:
1.) A completed Holiday Card Fundraiser form which can be found here: Download this form
2.) A list with the names and addresses of those who will be receiving your cards (Only for Option 1)
These two documents must arrive to Second Harvest via email to nmassing@nwpafoodbank.org or mailed to 1507 Grimm Drive, Erie, PA 16501 no later than Monday, December 20, 2021.
